Pure, elegant and loving is the recent release by Ros Gilman, who's "Sunday Morning" we are delighted to share with you today.
Although it being a Saturday morning, I am already looking forward to tomorrow when I will most certainly put on this loveable piano piece. Written around a jazz/cinematic core, the melody caresses and moves, each other bar beautifully suspended on a short rubato, while the entirety of the piece is confidently moving forward. There is something 'Mr. Bojangles' about this piece - its playfulness and understanding of human condition combined seems to be able to speak to all.
