With a rare musical versatility and sensitivity to alternative, eclectic forms of expression, Albanese has always been keen to explore music in all its manifestations; in addition to influences from alt-pop, psychedelia and more left-wing forms of composition, his genre-bending piano soundscapes typically incorporate elements of guitar, bass, violin and electronics.
This is a three minute piano treat and a true diamond of piano music. The melody is simple and memorable and the craftsmanship is beyond praise. This work is art in its entirety. It invites you on a journey through the soul of the musician and perhaps somewhere deep within ourselves.
