
Almost too accurately named is this recently released track by Dan Schrage, who won our hearts with his finely composed "Love in War".
Much like the title suggest, the track works on two paradigms, does it simultaneously and with absolute delight and mastery falling from the pianist's fingers. Moody at it's core, the melody explains the hardships of war while magically maintaining a persistent glimpse of light all along the track, one which becomes ever so evident at the major resolution by the end of the track.
