Antoine Flipo "Alba": Space for quiet introspection

Belgian composer and producer Antoine Flipo, co-founder of Glass Museum, is known for his ability to dissolve the boundaries between genres. In his solo project, he reshapes the nature of piano sound, filtering it through electronic processing while preserving the instrument’s organic soul.

"Alba" unfolds like a morning mist drifting over a still lake. Its melody breathes—emerging from silence, only to dissolve back into it—while subtle dynamic nuances add depth and dimension. Flipo plays with the perception of time: the piece feels suspended in it, inviting the listener not just to hear, but to become immersed in sound.
